Trustees approve tuitions for non residents and residuals
Mountain View School Division trustees set the 2006 07 tuition at 8088 50 per pupil for non resident or unsup portable students and approved residential costs of 3093 32 per pupil. The secretary treasurer said some students from First Nations communities or international students not in exchange programs are billed. Transportation is not charged for most of these students.

Producers still can join voters list by declarations
Producers who lack production insurance or aren’t named in their farm contract may add an insurance declaration to the voters list by December 18. Declarations are online and at Manitoba GO centres. A commissioner for oaths is available free of charge to witness declarations.

MacNutt Skating Rink Opens with Kings Game
MacNutt opened the skating rink on December 7 with a Kings hockey game against Esterhazy. The town saw many residents shovelling snow for exercise last week and community groups held events including a 4-H meeting December 5 and a seniors Christmas supper hosted by the Lions on December 10. June Andrews visited with her sister Roselyn from Alberta.
