Park Manor 55 Life Lease in Russell begins construction with occupancy anticipated January 2017. Board chair Terry Rolfe credits stakeholder support and project financing from Vanguard Credit Union. The facility will add 24 units, with six one bedroom and eighteen two bedroom layouts, at affordable entrance fees and rents.
