Deepdale Whist Drives Highlight Kingston Social Scene
Deepdale residents report a first season Whist Drive at the Jouiffe home with six tables. Winners include Leon Joulffe and Mrs G Charman, with consolation prizes to Mrs J Stinson and Wm Wallace. Proceeds reached $6. A second drive at the Stinsons drew seven tables. Jack Stinson and Mrs M Somers won top prizes, with consolations to Mrs G Charman and Fred Hilderman.
