Barb Wychopen and Isabel Roblin sliced a 75 pound wheel of Zanetti Parmigiano Reggiano during the Taste of Italy event at Parkway Co op Roblin Deli. The long aged cheese is DOP certified and produced in Italy under strict methods. Shoppers sampled the cheese with bread and Italian salami after the cut.
