Rural Municipality eyes road closure and new public access
The Rural Municipality of Shell River proposes closing part of the Dominian Government Road Allowance between Sections 24 and 25 in Township 28 and Range 28 West of the Principal Meridian Manitoba to open a public road across the North West quarter of Section 24. The bylaw transfers the closed road area to School District Northcliffe No. 1901 and will be debated at Roblin on December 7 1949 at 3 PM.
