Roblin man Bull Burwash 95 famed war veteran passes
Con John William Bull Burwash of Roblin MB and formerly Boggy Creek District dies at 95 after a long life of farming fishing and military service. Born October 20 1916 in Shell River Municipality he served with The Royal Winnipeg Rifles later The Little Black Devils in World War II receiving multiple medals including CVSM and War Medal 1939–45. He married Alice Bouvier in 1946 and leaves two daughters Linda and Barbara.
