Roblin Locals reopen school and list of visits
Roblin residents prepare for school start on Tuesday September 2. Visitors include Miss Ivy James of Winnipeg and Miss C McNulty of Grandview. Other locals visiting or relocating include Orvilla Johnston and J F Dupois of the O N R. Harvest crews arrive as weather prospects loom for threshing and plowing. Moved purchases include Devlin’s butcher shop by Wm Ferguson and Empire Moving Picture Theatre change in management under George Porteous. Rev Elsey returns to Union Church duties with a sermon series starting August 31 on The Kingdom of God.
