Salad plates for summer meals offer variety and preplan ease
Use three main ingredients a protein a starch and a fruit or vegetable with garnishes. An 8 inch plate keeps portions balanced while a lettuce base and a visible rim highlight color and texture contrasts. Build height on one spot for visual interest and reuse leftovers for tempting meals. There are no strangers only friends we have not met. Physically fit people live longer and actively participate in life.
