Parkview area seeing business growth and new IGA planned
Roblin Chamber president Larry Mills notes strong membership growth and a balanced budget as area businesses expand often via franchises with deep pockets. He stresses market research and home work before starting a venture and cites Parkland Community Futures Development Corporation for small business support. Jim and Joan Cox of Russell plan to lease land to Brad and Rhonda Wilson for an IGA opening Sept 4, with possible follow ups for Russell and Swan River stores.
