PRHA launches five Community Health Facilitators program

PRHA unveils five new Community Health Facilitators Debra Aitken Pam Chetrybuk Susan Denhard Wella Unger and Deb Wilson starting in late August. They will serve base communities and develop partnerships using a population health approach to promote chronic disease prevention healthy eating activity and reduced tobacco use while building sustainability in each area. Additional Health Promotion Team members include Catherine Kingsley Carol Schnittjer and Virginia Cail.
