InSite app boosts Manitoba history access online
Manitoba Historical Society introduces InSite, a free smartphone app created by Kyle Tichon with researcher Gordon Goldsborough. It catalogs almost 10,000 sites across six categories including museums landmarks cemeteries and locations with historical ties. The app supports geolocation data from photos and encourages rural northern Manitoba contributions to expand the database.
