School Board Meeting Aprils afternoon session
School board met in the schoolhouse on a spring afternoon with most members present except A Dunlop. Minutes from the previous meeting were read and approved. Warkentin reported March attendance was high. Insurance for Cromarty School renewed at 350 dollars for contents 50. School hours set to 9 am to 4 pm starting Monday April 8. Accounts approved: J F Kehoe 35, Beaver Lumber 2.25, H C Cranwell 2.25, Mitchell Hardware 6.03. Meeting adjourned.

Davis Hall Dance Promises Friday Evening
TOGO NEWS notes a baseball dance in Davis Hall this Friday night the 12th. Mrs J W Eddy returns from Regina and Lipton Sask. Mr Guy Parker shipped stock to Winnipeg last Saturday. Mr and Mrs George Craig entertained friends on Monday the 8th. A Saskatchewan Wheat Pool meeting with J K Johnston and A F Sproule speakers featured a moving picture and a capacity hall, followed by a dance. On March 22 a wedding dance in Grand Narrows Hall honored Mr and Mrs John Dixon with over 100 guests and a late party. The couple received many gifts and speeches highlighted the festivities.
