Budget 2012 slam from Canadian Taxpayers Federation

The Canadian Taxpayers Federation says Budget 2012 is a lost chance to curb spending and curb growth in government payrolls during seven years of minority rule. It notes projected increases in program spending, payroll cuts claimed, and calls for pension reform and MP pension changes while criticizing lack of detail on retirement age and pension caps.

Opinion: budget plans raise senior retirement age

Critics condemn budget cuts to farms and aboriginal aid
