The Deepdale Women's Institute met on March 27 with members and two visitors at Mrs G Ward's home. Mrs J Stinson led due to the president's absence. Mrs O Somers gave a Travels the Day. A spring-cleaning hint was promised for the next roll call. Local families Mr and Mrs Clifford Ayer and Beverley returned from Haney BC. Mr and Mrs W Livingstone visited Mr and Mrs C McKenzie. Mr and Mrs Earl McIntyre traveled to Winnipeg with Mrs A Taylor of Makaroff to see Lee George Harvey.

Grand Narrows Ireland will conduct services in Grand Narrows at 10 oclock on Sunday April 7. Mr and Mrs Armand Carriere welcomed a baby boy on April 1. Mrs M Lauberte visited daughter and son-in-law Mr and Mrs H Latimer in Robtin last week. Mr Gordon Dixon drove to Yorkton last Tuesday. Grand Narrows WI held March meeting at Mrs C Wilsons on the 28th. bad roads kept some members away but a pleasing meeting occurred with Miss E At Water giving a talk on roses and entivation. Members sang around the piano and a lunch was served by Mrs Wilson.

Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Craven returned home Friday after spending the winter at Sudbury Ontario. Mrs. E. R. Cryderman also came home Saturday from Sudbury. Mrs. M.
