Roblin United Church plans new sanctuary and renovations
The Roblin United Church outlines a plan to build a 160 seat sanctuary with integrated offices and renovate the old space into a medium sized hall. The project includes accessible renovations, a ground level entry, and ramps to connect the two spaces. Costs are estimated between 320000 and 395000 with fundraising ongoing. A silent auction is set for April 7 at the Drop In with items such as a handmade quilt, donated organ, unclaimed jewelry, and a live lamb. The church aims to start this summer and may sell land in the Martin subdivision to support the work.
