Winnipeg Visit Busy Social Roundup

Mrs. Wm Henderson and Miss Joyce Lee visited Winnipeg family and hosted gatherings. Mrs. Bradt and Mrs. Percy Neville traveled to Winnipeg for short visits. Brandon guests, hosting at Mrs. R. B. Lee’s, and a St. Regis luncheon honored Miss Harriett Bell with six guests. Johnnie Henderson, a Winnipeg Grenadier, survived the Hong Kong siege. his brother Mike was also there. Pilot Officer Hugh McFadden arrived for training at Rivers. Daly Community annual Entertainment and Lunch scheduled for October 27 with Rev E D Errey, music, recitations. adults 30c, children 15c. Mt Sinai Royal Arch Masons held a Brandon guest visit. T. W. Offen spoke. Mrs. L N Bell hosted twin teas for her daughter Mrs. Douglas Morrow with many local guests.
