In Fowes and Out Miss Constance Offen nee pawa spent the week end at her home here. St James W A annual bazaar will be held in the parish hall on Saturday afternoon. Vernon Brown Daly in atten ding a seven week agricultural course being held in Brandon Anglican services will be held Sunday at Roseville Arcrum and St James churches with G B F Ebsary in charge. Mrs Grace Calkin has re turned to her home in St Paul Minn after visiting her parents here Sir and Mrs W J Muir. Attending the recent Taylor Butler wedding at Port Alberni B C were Mr and Mrs J Butler Kenton and Miss Pearl Hain formerly of Rivers. Mr and Mrs G Robbins Springwater Sask visited their daughter Mrs Bart Ford last week. They were on their way to Hampton Iowa to spend the winter. Rivers situated almost in the geographical centre of the Dominion is to be the birthplace of a new airborne Canadian army with headquarters at the joint training school.
