The Friendship Rebekah Lodge No. 27 Rivers marked its 38th anniversary on February 27 with a birthday party Founded in 1911 the lodge honored Sister A Currie of Kenton as the first noble grand and Sister W M Angel as first vice grand Sister K Higginson recalled lodge history and a 1941 degree staff ampli fication under Sister K Grummett before 500 in Winnipeg Jean Walker named delegate to the Rebekah Assembly in Winnipeg March 11 12 and 13
