Wedding Becomes Union Of Eunice Joiner And Harland Gill

A June 1 wedding at Riesby United Church joined Eunice Elizabeth Joiner and Harland Gill with Rev W Harland officiating. The gown was white satin, bouquet of American Beauties, and attendants included Muriel Howard as bridesmaid and Guill as best man. After a reception the couple honeymooned east and will reside on the groom's farm at Pettan tece. Legion Ladies Tag Day Nets $181

The ladies auxiliary to the Canadian Legion raised 181 dollars in a tag day for the Mind Institute. Twenty members attended a meeting this week as a 32 dollar donation was voted to the provincial Gemmanded to sesh te Pus metagines for members of the forces in Berea. Mays, Ro Mebaren was reappointed secretary. Mrs. BL Pieres led the fundraising effort.
