Town of Rivers Bytow 1919 Utility Debenture Plan
The Town of Rivers proposes a nine thousand dollar debenture issue to fund electric distribution upgrades. Debentures issued August 1 1919 repayable over twenty years at six percent interest with annual rates and a detailed power supply agreement with the Grand Trunk Pacific Railway Company governing surplus electric energy delivery to the town.
