Rivers No 1434 Trustees Bylaw for Ten Thousand Dollar Debentures
By law authorizes borrowing of ten thousand dollars to fund a river school addition. Debentures issued in natural denomination totaling ten thousand dollars with a single large coupon and nine smaller coupons. Interest set at five and a half percent annually, payable January 31 each year, secured by annual school taxes. Passed November 6 1919 at Rivers Manitoba by the School Trustees of Rivers No 1484.

Rivers By Law Submits School District Bylaw 12 for Vote
The Municipality of the Town of Rivers enacts a bylaw to submit Bylaw No 12 of Consolidated School District Rivers No 1434 to ratepayers for assent. Voting set for December 19 1919 at Rivers Town Hall with Returning Officer E J Forman and Clerk J Forman. The public notice will appear in Manitoba Gazette and Rivers Gazette prior to voting.
