Students may learn hat making or trimming as the H E S express thanks for a $50 grant from Daly council to Rest Room costs. ILES awards three prizes at the Boys and Girls Fair for sock darning, knitted socks, and a vegetable collection by a boy.
Students in grades 8 9 10 and 11 are informed that the forthcoming year book list is posted at Rivers Drug Store. Changes include Bots ford's History of the World for High Schools replacing Myer's General History and new French primers Mes Premier pas ef Francais replacing part of the old sequence.
