Rivers Board of Trade met in the corner chamber Tuesday with T. W. Offen presiding. The board voted unanimously for an affirmative vote on April 27 and formed a special committee of Dr. C. M. Thomas Reva W. St. Donagh and S. S. Guille to organize turnout efforts.
Fragmentary OCR note lists Forman Fra and Iren Jeitt among int sports committee members. It mentions salvage process ending with a Red Cross sign and a donation in a forthcoming month to fund. The readable text is incomplete but indicates a fundraising action for relief.
