Canada Wool Growers Reach Big Milestone in 1924 Trade
In 1924 the Canadian Co operative Wool Growers Association sold 2 600 000 pounds of wool, bringing total handled since formation to 25 343 504 pounds. Wool exports began in 1922. Oil land filings in South Alberta near the E P ranch of the Prince of Wales attract attention as seekers stake out areas. Caribou rebound in New Brunswick, credited to protective guiding and sustainable hunting.
