Rhoda shares photographs by 18 year old Rinnah Knight who began scenic work at 15 and now shoots children’s photography in Rivers. The Wahtopanah spillway dam features a 110 foot wide crest and 10 000 cubic feet per second capacity, plus embankment and lake dimensions from a 1958 water body created on 1700 acres.
