A Manitoba Health inspector at Deerborne Colony's annual fall sale ordered removal of several meat and canned goods from purchasing tables for uninspected sources and potential hazards. Management cooperated. tents remained open for poultry eggs and red meat sales while follow up checks will continue to ensure compliance. Deerborne Colony lies about five minutes north of Alexander and the event supports charity proceeds in some stalls.
