McConnell and Wilson Scholarships Awarded to Rivers Students

In 1946 Frank Stewart won the J. W. McConnell memorial scholarship at McGill Montreal with five years of residency board and tuition covered for a Rivers school principal's son. In 1956 Neil Oakey of Rivers earned the Morris W. Wilson scholarship at McGill giving full undergraduate tuition board and residency benefits.
