A series of local events includes Old Time Dancing at Bradwardine Hall on October 28 from 8 pm to midnight, St James Anglican Fall Suppers on October 30, Oak River Rink supper at 5 pm, Halloween Skating at Riverdale Gardens October 31, Poppy Day Tea November 11 at Rivers Legion noon, Men’s Breakfast November 12 at Lee’s Restaurant 9 am, and Christmas Tea November 26 at St James Anglican 2 to 4 pm. Weekly meetings list Lions Clubhouse, ACT Riverdale Hospital, Just For Kids Club, Kiwanis, AA, Rivers Lions, Rapid City Lions, and Legion activities.
