Rapid City council to flush private water lines on schedule
Town council plans rotating water line flushing with home owner pre agreements. A $10 cash deposit is required to obtain a dump key, to be refunded only if the key is returned. Council also approves selling Lots 19 and 20 Block 44 Plan A to Scott and Artene DeMontigny for $2,000 pending the Property Purchase Agreement.
