Oakview amalgamation debate draws Ward 1 and 2 candidates
Locals from Rapid City Saskatchewan and Blanshard attended a candidate forum at Rapid City Legion Hall on Thanksgiving Monday to discuss Oakview’s creation. Incumbent Lloyd Evans was absent. six of seven candidates spoke about leadership, roads, beaches, and governance for the new three ward municipality.
