Chris Melvin purchased 580 Second Avenue Riv ers Ukrainian Hall on Sept 1 to transform into Chris's Café & Catering. Renovations aim for Oct 28 opening with 7 am to 4 pm hours and a drive-thru for to go items. Initial seating for 50, with events for up to 95. long-term Sundays brunch planned.
