Riverdale RACF grants highlight six-year totals and future gifts
The Rivers & Area Community Foundation held its sixth annual grant evening at the Riverdale curling club, distributing funds to 28 groups across seven categories. Donations totaled over $10,000 this year from a funded base of $422,000 with prior gifts of $79,464 to date. The event noted a $50,000 Burns Family Fund grant for the train station roof and outlined plans for a future RACF home in the station.
