Acres of Hope harvest near Rivers and Oak River
A community project under Canadian Foodgrains Bank, Acres of Hope, staged harvests on 94 acres west of Rivers and 65 acres near Oak River. Volunteers used 10 combines to gather light soil crops including hard red spring wheat and canola. Proceeds support CF B agencies in developing countries with government matching.
