Rivers Elementary gets new playground after lengthy fund drive
Correction notes clarify REPS did not organize the fashion show. The old structure was removed in 2007. Rolling River School Division offers a 2000 grant toward installation, but REPS covers the rest of the roughly 44000 cost as 2.5 years of fundraising culminates in Friday’s ribbon ceremony. Heather Gray, Sherri Driver, Betty MacDonald, Angie Bartlett and Jackie Howard led the effort.
