TOPS 4719 marked its 50th anniversary with an open house on February 24 in Riverdale Hospital board room. Phyllis Veitch led the program. two new members joined. Elections on March 3 installed Joan Allen as club leader and Jan Shaw as co leader with other officers and directors named. meetings invite new members each Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.
