Rivers dam upgrades advance after long wait plan

Mani toba Transportation and Infrastructure says permanent rehabilitation of the riparian conduit and spillway is in detailed design with a three year timeline. Stakeholder engagement supported the preferred design as upgrades proceed. spring 2023 tender for conduit work and spring 2024 for spillway work.
