Legion Ladies Auxiliary Meets Sets Plans and Donations
The Legion Ladies Auxiliary held its March meeting with 27 members led by President Joyce Johnson. They reported zone and district meeting plans with delegates, discussed Thunder Bay convention details, donated 200 to the Legion Camp Sports Foundation, and will cater the Men’s Legion Bonspiel March 14 to 16.

Regional WI holds meeting in Hamiota February
Southwest A Regional Women's Institute met at Hamiota on February 12 with 16 members present. Dianne Kowalchuk led the meeting in Joyce Linner's absence. Read were fall minutes, financials by Margaret Roberts, and correspondence. WIC biennial convention applications remain open for Hamilton in June. Provincial conference set for Brandon Victoria Inn April 16-18. Kowalchuk reported on a Winnipeg personal development day she attended.
