Rapid City 133rd Fair Opens Amid Rain and Crowds
The Rapid City fair began with rain dampening morning plans including a pancake breakfast, but the sun returned for an MGRA rodeo with 37 horses in 12 classes and a dry parade with 20 plus entries. Local groups offered prizes while 4 H marked its 100th year with a heritage display.
