Monument Makeover: Brookdale Restore Cenotaph in Rivers
Brett Szucki of B&B Memorial Restoration and his team undertook an 81 year old cenotaph restoration in Rivers after a canvass letter from Brookdale. The project cost 1300 dollars and involved pressure washing sandblasting and repainting the stone pillar commemorating Somme Ypres Mons and Vimy. The work spanned May 30 and 31 with on-site care and a focus on preserving the soldier’s memorial with special Quebec monument paint.
