Windmill Reaches New Home On River Road Landmark Returns

In 1928 W T Dyer bought a 35 foot windmill for his Bradwardine farm to pump water for cattle and it ran until 1985. The landmark now moved to the Sibbald farm 2.5 miles west of Deerborne Colony on River Road. It was taken down in 2000 and rebuilt with help from Les Dyer and M M Drilling. The mill will again pump water for the Spring Valley district.
