Torch run returns to Rivers for Manitoba Law Enforcement event

The 13th annual Manitoba Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics will span June 21 to 23 in the Westman region, with Rivers again hosting a leg. Const. Jason Soltys coordinates in Rivers, while thousands of officers and volunteers collect pledges and donations, and T shirts are available to raise funds.
