Gourlays Celebrate Century Farm Status in Manitoba
Gerry Gourlay and family celebrated their Century Farm designation for the Oakview land near Rivers Manitoba. The event included an official presentation by MLA Greg Nesbitt, a noon barbecue, and a Manitoba Historical Society plaque. The farm traces to Andrew Gourlay from 1922 with Catherine McLellan, and the family plans to transition toward organic farming while preserving its history.
