Water on the farm a 66 year success story
Cam Dodds recalls Ducks Unlimited Canada reviving a decades old dam on Hales Creek Farm near Kenton Manitoba. The 450 foot earthen dam, visible from the farmhouse, supports livestock and habitat. DUC rebuilt it in 1958 and again in 2024 costing over 1.5 million across Manitoba legacy wetlands.
