Rule 2 public comment advances for Canadian beef exports
The Canadian Cattlemen’s Association welcomes Rule 2 moved from the OMB on December 29 2006 and slated for the Federal Register January 9 to March 12 2007. It would permit export of live animals born after March 1 1999 and beef products to the United States, lifting nonpregnant and feeder cattle movement restrictions.
