Rapid City council reviews beach project bids and EMO plan
On December 27 the Rapid City Beach and Reservoir Committee met. Five bids were reviewed and donations discussed. The council accepted Russell Redi Mix Concrete for option 1 to restore the Rapid City beach and approved sending out a draft water and sewer rate agreement by the Public Utilities Board. The Malinook mayor also noted updated EMO plan for the RM of Oakview.
