The Rivers Legion Ladies Auxiliary met December 1 with a turkey supper and 40 members present. A January 5 meeting drew 21 members, one new member application approved. New officers for 2009 were named, and a third draw awarded a free membership to Wendy Wood. The group organized bingo at Riverdale Personal Care Home and agreed to donate to Deer Lodge’s star burst campaign. will cater the June 6 Taylor-MacKay wedding.
