Rivers Train Station Plans A Busy Year
Rivers council backs the Rivers Train Station Restoration Committee in grant applications for an interpretive centre and a Loco Labyrinth tree project. Donna Morken says work will proceed on the railway interpretive centre this year with more projects to follow. A July 8 celebration includes a VIA Rail ticket raffle Winnipeg to Churchill worth 3240.00 to be drawn at the event.
