Rivers Curling Club Hosts Mixed Bonspiel and Turkey Shoot
The Rivers Curling Club hosted a mixed bonspiel with ten local rinks and a junior rink led by Thomas Mellings winning on points. A turkey shoot fundraiser featured George Froese delivering a winning throw, raising money for new junior sliding mats. RCC plans a March 25 banquet with Guy Hemmings as guest speaker and ticket sales for locals first.
