Sparky the dog steals pouch then returns it to roses
Jim McKercher chases Sparky after the dog nabs his tobacco pouch during a rooftop roof repair and a town yard scramble. The chase crosses streets and school fences before Sparky buries the pouch in Aunt Sarah’s rose bed and is later returned. Jim receives medical attention for a leg wound but keeps his sense of humor.
