Ukrainian dance lessons proposed at Rivers hall

Jocelyn Beever of Razzamatazz Dance Club plans a new Ukrainian dancing program with the Ukrainian Society. Classes would start this fall at the Ukrainian Hall open to all interested youths. Contact Beever at 328-7685 by February’s end.

Jackie Richards visited Rivers to see her mother and mother in law as Jessie Richards returns from Riverdale Health Centre. Scott and Dayna Ramsay welcome a baby girl born in February. Natalie Dupuis and Erin Brown, Rivers and Oak River, are selected for the Manitoba Choral Association Provincial Honour Senior Choir, with a Winnipeg concert on Feb. 20. Ron and Maxine Radford spent time in Winnipeg for the Centara New Music concert, where Laurie Radford’s symphony Voice Tears premiered. the CBC radio broadcast is scheduled for Feb. 20.

Snowmobilers urged to avoid CN rail yard and tracks
